Exchanges & Refunds

  • You must send an email to us at within a period of seven (7) days after the delivery of your package to request an exchange or replacement explaining the reason for return.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same conditions upon receiving said item. (including original packaging)

  • We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase return. You must cover your shipping costs.

  • All purchased items from the SALE section are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Custom orders CANNOT be refunded unless there was a mistake from our end.

  • The color of the image can slightly vary from one computer monitor to another. Our jewelry is made with natural stones and beads which can change colors slightly depending on the lighting. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item or have any questions, please contact us before purchase.

  • If you purchase an item that arrives damaged, broken or defective, please contact us immediately to work upon exchanging or refunding the product. Photos of the damaged items are required for review.

  • After sending us an email and your request has been accepted, you have 30 days to send your product back for your refund or exchange

  • In case an item has gone missing, it is the customers responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim. Keep in mind that Luna Handmade Jewelry is not responsible for any item that has been missing in transit once the item has been dropped off for shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email once the item has been dropped off for shipping.
